GA Edit Process Overview for Departments and Programs
The Office of the Registrar (OTR) facilitates the edit process for curricular program listings in the Programs of Study section of the online GA. OTR has posted detailed edit procedures as well as a dashboard, tracking the edit process through all three rounds.

After the changes from Round One have been made in CourseLeaf CAT, the VPAA office initiates the second round of reviews, using the same method as Round One, to be returned to the VPAA office by 6/21. |
Round Three (6/24 - 7/12) |
When the changes from Round Two have been made in CourseLeaf CAT, the VPAA office will initiate the third round of reviews. Primary offices will approve the final version by 7/26. |
Primary offices will also be invited to review people listings (such as administrative staff) and submit changes in hard copy. |
