Manage the Applications	Create an Application, Add Materials, or Request a Letter on Behalf of an Applicant You can invite an applicant to apply and upload documents on their behalf. However, the applicant must complete the sections of the application for their highest degree and EEO information. Assign or Change an Application Status Email Applicants Request Additional Materials from Selected Applicants Archive or Unarchive an Application
Run Reports	Run an Application Report (video) Weight Ratings from an Applicant Report Run an EEO Report (video) Run a Positions Report (video) View the Positions Activity Log On each position, you can view changes that have been made to the position and who made those changes. View System Logs This report allows you to view all changes to application forms, applicant statuses, position details and position statuses. Additionally, you can view all messages sent to applicants.
